Space Size

Advertised space sizes are approximate and for comparison purposes only. Spaces may be smaller or larger than advertised. Rent is not dependent on space size only but is also determined by other various factors.

Invoice Payment

Storefriendly website uses Stripe service for payment. Stripe allows you to pay via Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Storefriendly encourages automatic payment by credit card, which takes away the hassle of remembering to pay a monthly invoice. Other payment methods are listed on the invoice.

Prohibited Storage

You acknowledge and agree that goods that are dangerous, hazardous, illegal, flammable, explosive, perishables, animals are prohibited to be stored in our facilities. You are not to reside or inhabit in our facilities. You fully understand that any violations will result in legal, contractual or civil responsibilities, and Storefriendly reserves the right to terminate the contract, withhold the deposit and pursue any legal actions.

Storefriendly shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential, arising out of or in connection with this website or its use, or inability to use, by any party, or reliance on the contents of this website, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay or failure in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure, even if Storefriendly, its employees and/or representatives are advised of the possibility of such damages.
