Refer A Friend

The Storefriendly Referral Programme (the “Programme”) is a incentive package offered by Storefriendly Mgmt Pte. Ltd. (“Storefriendly” and/or together with its related and/or affiliated companies (including but not necessarily limited to SF Holdings One Pte. Ltd. and SF Eunos Pte. Ltd.) the “Storefriendly Group“).

Eligibility

1. A “Referrer” must fulfil the following criteria:
   
   1. A current Storefriendly customer with an existing contract with Storefriendly for any of its productsand/or services;
   2. No overdue and/or outstanding payment for Storefriendly products and/or services; and
   3. Introduces new customer(s) to sign contract with Storefriendly for any of its products and/or services.
   4. Directors, officers, employees of the following entities and each of their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Promotion:
      
      1. Storefriendly and entities within the Storefriendly Group;
      2. Storefriendly partners and/or brand ambassadors and/or key opinion leaders;
      3. Storefriendly advertising agencies and/or vendors.
2. A “Referree” must fulfil the following criteria:
   
   1. A new customer with no contracts with Storefriendly for any of its products and/or services in the previous twelve (12) months as at the time of sign-up;
   2. Upon the introduction and referral by the Referrer, signs a new contract with Storefriendly for one or more of its products and/or services for a period of no less than three (3) months;
   3. Makes advance payment for no less than one (1) month of the new products and/or services;
   4. A different residential address than the Referrer.
   5. Agreed to the disclosure of personal details for the purpose of exploring signing a contract for Storefriendly products and services.
3. Storefriendly has the sole and absolute discretion to exclude any person from participation in the Programme (including but not limited to a person who fails to provide true, current, complete and accurate information), without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.

Referral Reward

1. The Referrer will be entitled to a gift voucher of S$50 for each Referree who signs a new contract and pays for Storefriendly self storage units;
2. Storefriendly reserves the right to substitute the Referral Reward for other voucher or item of similar value at its sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice;
3. The Referral Reward must be collected in person by the Referrer bearing proof of identity (i.e. valid government-issued document with photo identification).
4. If the Referrer is not contactable, does not collect the Reward within six (6) months or does not produce the required personal identification documents (including but not limited to full name and contact number) on collection, , the Referral Reward will be forfeited (without any liability on the part of Storefriendly to any person).

Other Terms and Conditions

1. Referrer and/or Referree must declare their desire to participate in the Programme before or at the time of the Referree signing the new contract with Storefriendly for one or more of its products and/or services. Subsequent request to participate in the Programme or claims of entitlement to Referral Rewards will not be accepted.
2. Only one Referral Reward will be awarded for each Referree regardless of the number of Referrers and/or number of contracts for multiple products and/or services.
3. By participating in the Programme, the Referrer and Referree are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and other instructions, terms and conditions that Storefriendly may issue from time to time.
4. Storefriendly reserves the right to disqualify any persons (including both or either of the Referrer or
   Referree) from participation in the Programme for fraud, manipulation or other related issues, including
   providing false information (such as fake name(s), personas or photos) or for deliberately withholding
   information.
5. Storefriendly reserves the right to change or amend the details and/or mechanics of the Programme, at
   its sole and absolute discretion. The decision of Storefriendly on all matters relating to or in connection
   with the Programme is final.
6. The Referrer hereby grants his/her consent to Storefriendly to collect, use and disclose his/her personal
   data acquired, for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2021.
   1. administration and audit of the Programme;
   2. verification the Referrer’s identity and eligibility for participation in the Programme;
   3. responding to, handling, and processing queries, requests, applicants, complaints and feedback from the Referrer;
   4. compliance with any applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice, guidelines, or rules, or to assist in law enforcement and investigations conducted by any governmental and/or regulatory authority;
7. In the event of any inconsistencies or discrepancies between the terms and condition stipulated herein
   with the contents of any brochure, marketing and/or promotional materials relating to the Programme,
   these terms and conditions shall prevail.
8. The terms and condition stipulated herein shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with
   Singapore law. The Courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms and conditions, including the validity and enforceability thereof.
